So, to insure my meals are nutritionally dense i enjoy experimenting with different foods to create old time naughty favorites! This Chickpea Brownie was a Success, not only for my dinner guests but my children as well… WIN! Oh, and its a 1 bowl recipe… Even Better! Ingredients:- 2 cups of walnut flour 3-4tbsp cacao Pinch of vanilla bean powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tin of strained chickpeas 1/3 – 1/2 cup of maple syrup 2 eggs 1/3 cup of coconut milk Method:- Firstly ground walnuts into flour, add cacao + vanilla. Blend in your food processor or blender. Leave your dry, blended ingredients in the bowl and add – chickpeas, eggs, coconut milk, baking powder and blend further. Line a tin with baking paper and pour into tin. Bake on 180deg cel for 30 mins. Enjoy warm! Gluten free & Dairy Free. Soft, moist and satisfying!
