This Demonstration is to show you how easy it is to transition from processed, sugar/dairy/gluten laden foods. The aim of this workshop is to demonstrate a few recipes and enjoy all the tastings plus a take home go-to guide on new exciting recipes for those just starting out. The Recipes I will demonstrate for you and for you to enjoy are:- *Seeded Crackers with a variety of Cashew Cheese flavors and easy to prepare fermented cashew cheese. I will talk about the benefits of Dairy free options such as the yummy cashew cheese, also fermentation and gut healing. *Middle eastern inspired Falafel’s, fresh salad and a fermented Coconut Yogurt. I will talk about how to make your own coconut yoghurt which is natural and easy to recreate time and time again at home. I will talk about why we on a global scale need to introduce more raw and plant based meals onto our plates. *Raw Cherry Ripe Slice with Raw Chocolate. I will talk about the benefits of Cacao and Alternative Sugars. Recipe Booklet will include:- Raw Cashew Milk and Almond Milk Raw Cashew Cheese Raw Marinating Veggies Raw Falafels and Meat Free meat balls Raw Seeded Crackers Raw Kale, Basil Pesto Raw Hummus Raw Cherry Ripe Slice Raw Bounty Bites Raw Lemon Cheesecake Raw Chocolate Cheesecake Raw Chocolate Mousse All of the recipes are basic staples to get you started in your kitchen. They are my favourites that i enjoy in my home every week. They are quick and easy to prepare with equipment as simple as a food processor or blender. This Demo is for anyone! There are no dietary labels, no judgement to where you are at now, just information and food for you to enjoy. There are limited seats to 12. You will need a pen and paper to write down notes.
