If you want to overhaul your diet & your kitchen this workshop will give you the confidence to move forward with ease.
Real Food can be so delicious if you know what to make.
I want to share with you my secret weapons of my kitchen and my food truck so you know exactly how to prepare yourself healthy meals!

Our menu for the day which we will prepare and enjoy is:

+Raw Caramel Slice with Whipped coconut cream

+Almond Meal wraps

+Marinated Veggies – Raw Food Style

+Raw Pad thai

+Sprouts – How to grow sprouts

+Fermented Sauerkraut DIY – Create your own flavour and take home your jar
Coconut Yoghurt – Playing with Kefir grains

+Raw Lemon Cheesecake with a Raw Strawberry Jelly made with Chia seeds.

Raw Food Daily over view!

We will firstly make our raw caramel slice and enjoy for morning tea with whipped coconut cream.
Next we will do a batch of almond meal wraps for you to take a wrap home with you. Next I will show you the one bowl easy recipe of the peanut satay and enjoy as our lunch!

Next is play time!! Create your own sauerkrauts and I will explain the importance of fermented foods and their healing qualities.
After our play I will show you how to master a Raw Lemon Cheesecake with a Raspberry and chia seed jelly!

You receive my Renew Yourself Recipe book with over 35 wholefood recipes which are totally adaptable to any diet you follow such as: Paleo, Vegan or Vegetarian, Gluten and Dairy Free.

We will discuss alternative sugars, digestion, allergies and more over the day.

What your taking home:-

NOTE: This workshop is held at a private residence. I give out the address upon booking. I send out a confirmation email 1 week before the event with the address and the information above.

This workshops is paleo, gluten free, dairy free and can be vegan friendly (please advise me upon booking).
