Let me show you how you can introduce fermented veggies and beverages into you and your family’s life in this 2.5 hour HANDS ON workshop! **We will play with and make different flavoured Sauerkrauts – Make your own flavour combinations to take home! **We will make our own fermented Coconut Kefir “yoghurts” with different fruits and spices. **We will make Kombucha and have tastings of different flavour combinations plus how to bottle your own fizzy booch! **We will make pre and probitoc fermented cashew cheeses also with different flavour combinations and different methods. You will take home jars of everything you make, a kombucha scoby and starter tea plus an ongoing fermentation guide & kefir grains for further use at home! I will give you tips and pointers on how you can add these to your daily diet plus fun aways to add into your families diets as well! After getting our hands dirty we will have a sit down Raw Food meal to leave you feeling satisfied for the rest of the day!
