Calling all busy bakers, mum’s and foodies!

If you are like me you will no doubt be attempting to juggle a busy work schedule, maintain friendships and relationships, look after yourself, keep your house tidy so your mind doesn’t explode,  feed your kids and your family nourishing foods and then some how in the midst of all that feed and nourish yourself but really struggle with time than this workshop is for you!

Of course will all these life pressures we need nourishing snacks that we can munch on through the day to keep us fuelled for the day. But these snacks need to not only fuel us for the day but they have to be snacks that are healthy, low sugar, high in fibre, high in vitamins, minerals, protein, AND assist with keeping our digestion & immunity functioning at it’s optimal level!

Oh man, its a balancing act right?

I want to teach you some yummy new recipes I have been playing with that have really helped me feel 100% in my peak busy times.

Lets make the following together in my kitchen:

Gluten free, Dairy free baked Carrot cake Whoopie Cookies with a Raw Lemon Butter

Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Egg free Almond meal pancakes

Raw Cranberry Pistachio Power Bar with Homemade Chocolate

High Fibre Lemon Zest and Coconut Loaf with Homemade Coconut Butter Spread

Savory Sundried Tomato Cashew Cheese

Raw and Fermented Juniper berry, Ginger and red cabbage sauerkraut

Probiotic Coconut Cream frosting/yoghurt substitute

Whole fruit dairy free Ice Cream


I will demonstrate these recipes for you then you can try out all the recipes! You can eat as much as you like or take them home in a gift box!

You will receive a recipe book filled with a combination of healthy sweets & raw treats, wholefood friendly lunches, smoothie and juice recipe ideas to keep you on track and confident in your health!

NOTE: SOME these recipes contain some eggs,  although have no gluten or dairy and are mostly plant based. 

I can teach you ways to substitute egg of course.

I would love to teach you some nourishing recipes. I personally get overwhelmed with labels and the constant health information that we are bombarded with on a daily basis. I have gotten to a point where I ask myself, does this nourish me? if the answer is YES, then I go for it.

Of course we all have our slips and junkie moments but knowing what to eat to get you on track will be your secret weapon.
